BOYCETOWN COURT, KILCOCK, CO. KILDARE

Development of 38 no. houses on a site bounded by the R148 and the Kilcock to Dublin railway line to the north of the site and agricultural lands to the south-west and east of the site.

Services provided included the design of foul and storm services, on site storm water attenuation, foul sewer pumping station, traffic management due to close proximity to the live railway and restrictions and all civil and structural design of the residential dwellings.

It was required that the drainage main cross the railway line to connect to the existing infrastructure and this required detailed design and agreement with the Local Authority and Irish Rail.
