Fibonacci Square is the redevelopment of the AIB Bankcentre site in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 to create Meta’s European HQ Campus. The development involved the demolition of 4 no. office blocks and the construction of 2 no. 6-storey LEED Gold-rated office buildings (with setback on 4th and 5th floor), totaling 34,838 m², over three levels of basement, with office accommodation at upper basement level, parking and ancillary facilities at lower basement level and a sub-basement area to accommodate a gymnasium, storage and plant room areas.

The structure of the buildings is reinforced concrete with post-tensioned floor slabs that have allowed spans of 12 metres of open plan space to be achieved whilst reducing the slab depth and the overall weight of the entire building. The setback floors are of steel frame construction. A 33m bridge links the office buildings. Cantilever trusses allow the façade to hang from the top of the building structure in areas.
