THE LOOKOUT, HARBOUR ROAD, dalkey, CO. DUBLIN

CS Consulting were engaged by the Client, Winterbrook, to provide our services on this project which involved the delivery of 94 no. apartment units on a site located on Harbour Road in Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. The apartment complex comprises a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bed units in 2 no. 4-storey blocks with a 5th storey setback and associated private open spaces. A total of 86 no. car spaces and 154 no. bicycle storage spaces were also provided as part of the works.

Concrete fin walls with a flat slab to apartment floors and ground floors were provided. Top level penthouse consists of steel frames, cold formed purlin, and green roof on the steel deck. Cantilever balconies with steel beams are connected to the slab edge.  Transfer of superstructure were provided with wide beams sitting on RC columns at basement level.
