Vantage Business Park is located in the Dublin Enterprise Zone (DEZ) in North County Dublin in the Fingal County Council area. Phase 1 of the project involved the provision of 2 no. units on the 3.35-hectare site to date, both of which are single-storey units for Industrial/Warehousing use with ancillary 2-storey offices with a gross floor area of 9,747 m² together with service yards, car parking, and ancillary site development works.

The units feature twin span steel frame construction, power floated and sealed, reinforced concrete floor slab with a uniformly distributed load of a minimum of 60KN/m2, 2.4 m. high wall to inside of an external cladding wall, 12 m. clear internal height, 4 no. dock levellers & 2 no. full height grade doors, and an extra deep service yard (47m).

CS Consulting secured planning permission Phase 2 of the project which will comprise 3-4 no. detached buildings on the Vantage Business Park site. Phase 2 units are being developed in sustainable glulam timber portal frame structures.
